My name is Talia Moore and I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and have been living in the USA since 2008 with my husband and our two gorgeous children.

Since I can remember, I have always been fascinated and passionate about all things pregnancy, birth and motherhood related. I was attending births long before I had my children and my calling for this work has only intensified after giving birth. My own personal experience entering motherhood has been a remarkable and transformative experience.

I have had the absolute pleasure of supporting hundreds of families over the past decade, of all shapes and sizes, at some point in their childbirth journey.

As a birth worker, I am a certified birth doula through DONA International & also an ICEA trained Childbirth Educator. I have extensive continuing education trainings including Spinning Babies, placenta encapsulation, perinatal pilates, feeding with love and i am currently in the perinatal professionals apprenticeship cohort with Dr. Britta Bushnell, PhD.

Before relocating to the east coast late 2023, I spent 10 years as a lead childbirth educator at a birth center in Los Angeles. I have facilitated mommy and me classes, parenting support groups and taught workshops covering breastfeeding basics through to newborn care. I have worked extensively over the past 8 years with pediatric nutritionists, lactation consultants, feeding specialists and pediatricians and have developed, and been teaching, a workshop on the introduction of solids, weaning and navigating picky eating.

In my off-time you can find me reading a recipe book, cooking or traveling across the globe with my family.

My hope is that each person I have the privilege of supporting feels safe, encouraged, validated and empowered, no matter what choices they make.
